Let's eat everyone! since it's summer time in Philippines, it is also the time to eat Dried Pusit. This is one of my favorite Filipino dishes, and its totally delicious. Not just me, but I think everyone who love to eats Asian dishes.
How to cook this dried pusit? Well, all you have to do is just heat an oil in a pan, drop the squid little by little until it will become crispy and put in a platter and serve with hot vinegar sauce, and viola you have your dried and crispy pusit.
